Our Career path:

As an analyst, your role is primarily to deliver solutions according to our customers' expectations.

As a senior consultant, you are fully responsible for projects and engagements.

Managing consultants build business practices around their core expertise.

Principal consultants run a profit and loss account and are responsible for a full practice within the firm.

Beyond that point, senior management positions await, including operations director, managing director and partner.

Phone interview by HR: We will validate your fit for the company and give you an understanding of the careers we offer.

Business interview: You will meet a Business Development Manager who will assess your background and experience in detail and also evaluate your fit with the firm's values. You will also be asked to complete a series of technical tests.

Technical Interview: You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills and expertise to a senior consultant.

Management Interview: You will meet one of our senior managers to conclude the selection process.
